Present study aimed to improve the bond strength of denture teeth acrylic resin base by chemical or mechanical modification on bonding surface teeth. Total 40 artificial central incisors and lateral were divided into five groups: group I, 8 samples without (control group); II, (bonding treated with monomer); III, monomer glaze layer removed aluminum oxide stone bur); IV, acetone); V, (acetone application followed teeth). They mounted wax blocks, blocks acrylized. The values obtained subjecting shear compressive load under universal testing machine. results subjected statistical analysis. mean value was highest for E (modified abrasion prior dichloromethane application), C D B application).
